Victor Chigbo (popularly known as Chivicks Hazard) is a software engineer, frontend developer, and self-described tech extrovert, enthusiast, and polymath. He specializes in building responsive, user-centric, user-intuitive, and accessible web applications, with a strong focus on creating digital experiences that inspire ease, reliability, and trust. His frontend toolkit includes technologies such as React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Tailwind CSS.

Beyond frontend development, Victor is deeply invested in the broader discipline of software engineering. He actively develops his skills in system design, software architecture, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data structures and algorithms, testing, documentation, and agile development practices. His philosophy centers around continuous learning and what he jokingly refers to as his personal "Continuous Improvement and Continuous Development (CI/CD)" journey.
